Noodles - Party Size

The general shape of a noodle is thin and long. Consequently, noodles represent long life and are a favorite at any Asian gathering. A wide variety of noodle dishes are available at all the open air markets in Southeast Asia. It is always a treat watching the vendor grab a handful of noodles and toss fry them in a wok, adding this ingredient or that. Makes my mouth water just thinking about the wonderful flavors.
